Sky Terms and Conditions - €100 Voucher
The Promoter
1. The Promoter is Sky Ireland Limited, Level 5, 1 Burlington Rd, Dublin, D04 RH96, Ireland
Promotion Period
2. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (BST) on 3rd January 2025 and run until 23:59 (BST) on 13th February 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
- To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a resident (aged 18+) of Republic of Ireland (“Individual Participant”). For the avoidance of doubt, within these Terms and Conditions the term ‘Participant’ shall be taken to refer to both Individual Participants unless stated otherwise.
- Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Promotion Product (defined below) for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Promotion Product, may not participate in this Promotion and are specifically excluded as Participants.
Offer
- Sky is offering a €100 gift card for one of the following retailers of the Participants choice Brown Thomas/Arnotts, Boots, SuperValu, XBox . Participants will be eligible to claim the corresponding rewards as shown at Table 1 and at Condition 10 below (the “Reward”) by redemption when they are new Sky Broadband Customers purchasing standalone broadband, existing TV customers purchasing broadband or new customers purchasing TV and broadband or mobile and broadband within the Promotion Period subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”). Full details of the Promotion Products and the corresponding Rewards are set out in Table 1 below.

Claims
- After purchasing a Promotion Product from Sky during the Promotion Period, their line activating, and passing the 14 day cooling off period, Participants will receive an email from gifthouse.ie with a unique code. Participants can redeem their voucher within 30 days of the date of issue of the email and if Rewards are not redeemed within 30 days, the customer will be deemed to have forfeited any right or entitlement to the Reward. Participants shall adhere to any Gifthouse.ie terms and conditions as may apply.
- Redemption may only be within 30 days of date of issue of the email (the “Claim Period”), meaning the final Claim date for Promotion Products purchased on the 13th February 2025 is no later than 23:59 (GMT) 25th February. Redemptions received after the close of the Claim Period will not be eligible for a Reward. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase shall count as day one (1). In the event of late delivery Participants redemption will be taken on a case-by-case basis.
- The Voucher will be sent via email once the Participants redeems via the link shared between 3rd – 25th February 2025
- The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Promotion Terms.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant. In the event your information is linked to fraudulent claims or abuse of terms and conditions on previous promotions you will be unable to participate in this Promotion and your Claim will be rejected.
- If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by calling the contact numbers listed above. The Promoter reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a Promotion Product has been returned or the order cancelled and by submitting a Claim the Participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so.
Privacy and Data Protection
- The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the redemption process. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/privacy-hub-home. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
- Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.
- The Promoter can accept no liability for loss or damage to personal possessions or injuries or other incidents to customers which may occur in connection with this promotion.
- The Promoters decision in respect of any matter concerning this promotion is final and shall be binding on all participants. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter and/or subsidiaries, agents and associates will not be responsible if any establishment breaches its contract, however we will make reasonable efforts to secure compliance.
- By applying for their gift card, each the customer consents to their data being provided to any relevant promotional administrator that Promoter appoints for the purposes of processing, contacting the customers and issuing reward
General
- The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
- The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
- Offer is open to new Sky Broadband Customers purchasing stand alone broadband, existing TV customers purchasing broadband or new customers purchasing TV and broadband or mobile and broadband.
- The voucher is issued by Gift House to the value of €100, and customers may choose from one of 5 outlets to redeem their €100 gift card from Brown Thomas/Arnotts, SuperValu, XBox, Boots :
- Offer available from the 3rd of January until the 13th of February 2025.
- Offer available to all new Sky broadband customers purchasing eligible Broadband products
- Offer is not available to existing broadband customers
- Offer is not applicable to customers who downgrade any of their services

Switcher Terms and Conditions - €50 Voucher
By participating in this promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions below. In these terms and conditions: “Promotion” is the Sky Broadband New & Upgrade Campaign. “The Promoter” is Sky Broadband. Sky Broadband is a trading name of Sky Ireland Limited, who are a private limited company registered in the Republic of Ireland, CRO Number: 547787. Registered Office: Level 5, 1 Burlington Rd, Dublin, D04 RH96, Ireland. This promotion is administered by Gift House, PO Box 12948, Blackrock, Co, Dublin, Ireland, “The Administrator”
- All information provided is correct as of 09.12.2024 but may be subject to change by Sky Broadband if necessary for the purposes of administering the promotion.
- Your Information: Sky Broadband is careful to treat the privacy of its customers with care and due regard to the laws of Ireland. The information, including personal data, that you submit to enter the promotion, will be used by Sky Broadband to run the promotion and to provide you with Sky Broadband. Your information will not be used for any other purpose unless otherwise requested by you. Calls may be recorded for verification and training purposes. The Promoter and the Administrator will handle any personal data in accordance with the Sky Broadband Data Protection and Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/privacy-hub-home.
- Duration of the promotion: The campaign promotional period will run from 00:00 on 3rd January 2025 until 23:59 on 13th February 2025 (the “Promotional Period”).
- This promotion is open to Eligible Customers only. “Eligible Customer” means; (i) New Sky Broadband Customers purchasing stand alone broadband, existing Sky TV customers purchasing Sky broadband or new customers purchasing Sky TV and Sky broadband or Sky mobile and Sky broadband (ii) any recipient of Ultrafast Max on a 12 month contract.
- In addition, entrants must be resident in the Republic of Ireland, over 18 years of age and have also agreed to marketing consent. This Promotion is not open to employees or agents of the Promoter or the Administrator or any of its affiliated companies or subsidiaries, to family members of such employees or agents, or to employees or agents of any third parties who are professionally connected with the promotion.
- In entering the Promotion you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any reward you may claim. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter.
- Eligibility is determined by Sky Broadband in accordance with these terms and conditions. Sky Broadband determination in respect thereof shall be final.
- To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must have purchased Ultrafast Max on a 12 month contract, via the switcher.ie website.
- On confirmation of purchasing Ultrafast Max via Switcher.ie and after a cooling off period of 14 days, customers details will be passed to the Administrator who will send them an email with a link to a microsite and unique code to use in order to claim their €50 e-Gift Card reward.
- New and upgrading eligible Sky Broadband customers can select one of four Rewards. All Rewards must be redeemed within 30 days of the date of issue of the email and if Rewards are not redeemed within 30 days, the customer will be deemed to have forfeited any right or entitlement to the Reward.
- For customers who purchase via the Switcher.ie they will receive an outbound call from a Sky agent, they will be eligible to claim a €50 e-Gift Card for SuperValu, Just Eat, Penneys or Xbox.
- Once customers have redeemed their Reward on the microsite, they will be emailed with further instructions on how to use their Reward. To use the Reward, the customer (and any third parties that may be permitted to share in the Reward) may have to accept additional terms and conditions.
- Purchase is necessary for entry into the Promotion.
- In the event that a customer fails to redeem, claim or use the Reward within the applicable time frames notified to the Entrant (30 days from date of email issued), or chooses not to accept the Reward, or is deemed ineligible for the Promotion or fails to duly complete, execute and return any document required by the Promoter or the Administrator, he or she shall forthwith relinquish any right or entitlement to the Reward. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if an Entrant is not able to take up the Reward.
- The receipt by a customer of any Reward is conditional upon that customer (and any third parties that may be entitled to share in the Reward) executing all relevant releases and other documentation, and providing such assistance as the Promoter may reasonably require.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or goods. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Reward with an alternative reward, each of equal or greater value to the Reward, if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
- Customers will be responsible for all taxes, costs and other expenses not expressly provided for in the Reward Schedule, and customers agree that upon accepting the Reward, they do so entirely at their own risk.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, each Entrant releases and holds the Promoter and its employees, agents, sub-contractors and consultants harmless for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any Reward, including without limitation, personal injury, property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter and its employees, agents, sub-contractors and consultants.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations hereunder resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fires, strikes (of its own or other employees), insurrection or riots, pandemics, embargoes, delays or cancellations in transportation, requirements or regulations of any civil or military authority, computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failure and the Promoter shall be entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without liability.
- Governing Law - This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
- The promoter reserves the right to amend, substitute or withdraw this offer in whole or in part at any time during the promotion period.
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human, mobile or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of Rewards, and where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to customers in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter may not own or run any of the services which are provided as part of the Reward. In order to avail of the Reward, the customer (and any third parties that may be permitted to share in the Reward) will be required to agree to any relevant terms and conditions or contract required by the third parties supplying the Reward, including, where relevant, the Administrator. The customers acknowledge that the Promoter will not be a party to any such agreements with third-party suppliers, and will not be liable to the customers in respect of the terms of those agreements whether directly or indirectly.
- By entering this Promotion, each customer consents to their data being provided to the Administrator for the purposes of processing entries, contacting customers and issuing Rewards.

Reward Terms and Conditions – SuperValu Gift Card
- A SuperValu eGift Card can be used in store or online at www.supervalu.ie/shopping.
- An eGift card can be used for the purchase in full or part payment for goods (excluding lottery tickets, money cards and vending machine sales) in participating stores in the Republic of Ireland only. Purchases made with the eGift card will be deducted until the balance reaches zero. If the purchase price exceeds the amount available to spend on the card, the remaining balance can be settled via another accepted payment method. You can check your eGift Card balance online, in store, or on your receipt. Change will not be given on purchases made with this SuperValu eGift Card. Any remaining balance may only be used against future purchases.
- An eGift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Musgrave will not be liable for lost, stolen or fraudulently used or damaged eGift Cards.
- SuperValu eGift Cards may not be sold to any third parties and may not be used for resale.
- Musgrave reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of card usage from time to time where necessary. Notice will be given of such changes where possible.
- Your eGift Card will be valid for 5 years from the date of issue. Any remaining balance will expire. The eGift Card is not reloadable.
- These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
- This eGift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
- Gift Card are non-transferable for any alternative product or service, other than against the purpose for which it is intended. Cash redemption value is €0.001c.

Reward Terms and Conditions – Brown Thomas Gift Card
- The Brown Thomas e-Gift Card may only be used as full or part payment for good in Arnotts and Brown Thomas stores, BT2 stores, as well as online at brownthomas.com and arnotts.ie
- The Brown Thomas e-Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card, or cheque guarantee card.
- The e-Gift Card is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Any residual balance remaining on the e-Gift Card following purchase of goods will remain on the e-Gift Card, to apply towards future purchases.
- Please keep your e-Gift Card safe, Brown Thomas Group expressly excludes all liability for lost, stolen and damaged gift cards.
- Brown Thomas e-Gift Card have no expiry date.

Reward Terms and Conditions – Boots Gift Card
- The Boots e-Gift Card can only be used on boots.com, not in-store.
- Boots e-Gift Card will not be replaced or honored if damaged, lost, stolen or the subject of fraudulent presentation.
- The Boots e-Gift Card is valid for 5 years from the date of issue and for 24 months from the last time you used it.
- There is a limit of redeeming more than 5 e-Gift Card in a single transaction online.
- The Boots e-gift card is not redeemable for cash.

Reward Terms and Conditions – Xbox Gift Card
- The Xbox e-Gift Card is available for use on Xbox games, apps, films and TV programmes.
- You must have or create a Microsoft account to spend or use this e-gift card.
- Xbox e-Gift Card cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
- Xbox e-Gift Card do not have an expiry date.
- The Xbox e-gift card is not redeemable for cash.
- Customers who redeem a €50 Xbox e-gift card will receive it instantly in an email and for customers who redeem a €100 Xbox e-gift card will receive two emails which contain a €50 e-gift card in each.

Reward Terms and Conditions – Just Eat Gift Card
- Just Eat Gift Card are available for use on www.justeat.ie.
- Just Eat Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. The balance cannot be converted into cash.
- To activate your Just Eat Gift Card you must: Either log into your Just Eat account, or register for a Just Eat Account or Visit your account section, go to “Redeem a gift card” and enter in your gift card code. Your account will be credited with the amount on the Gift Card. The account credit will be waiting for you in checkout when you make your next purchase.
- Just Eat will not be able to refund gift cards which have been credited to a Just Eat account. Refunded gift cards will be cancelled and the gift card will be held to be void.
- Purchases of Just Eat Gift Card are non-exchangeable.
- Gift Card cannot be topped up.
- Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Just Eat Gift Card. Gift Card cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Unused credit loaded to a Just Eat account may not be transferred to another Just Eat account.
- After a Just Eat Gift Card has been credited to a Just Eat account holder’s account, we reserve the right to refuse to discuss the gift card further with anyone other than this account holder.
- If the value of your purchase (including service charge and restaurant charges) exceeds the value of the account credit, Just Eat will calculate the remaining balance at checkout which you will only be able to pay using a valid debit or credit card.
- A Just Eat Gift Card expires after 5 years of purchase.

- Pennys will not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
- The Penneys eGift Card cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
- Penneys eGift cards can only be redeemed in PENNEYS® stores in the Republic of Ireland.
- The Penneyss e-gift card is not redeemable for cash.
